A: Yes, we offer free measurements on all custom orders. To expedite your free quote however, we often suggest taking rough measurements of your windows prior to our consultation. A specialist from our team will then take the final measurements before placing your order.
Q: How long does it usually take to receive my blinds?
A: Depending on style, availability and manufacturer, the time to receive your blinds can vary. Once we take final measurements and place your order, we’ll be able to give you a more precise timeline. Typically though, it can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks.

A: Our consultations are a way for us to learn more about your home and needs and showcase the various products we have available. By simply answering a few of our questions, we’ll be able to show you specific suitable products.
Q: Do you offer free in-home consultations?
A: To provide you with the best and most informative service, our first consultation will be virtually or in our showroom. Here, we can show you the many different products available. Once you’ve selected a sample or have narrowed down to a few options, we can have a second consultation at your home when we come to take the final measurements. This will allow you to see how the colors and fabrics will look in your home and next to your furniture.
